HOW TO ENTER
Entries to the competition must be made by an official of the League in which the break was made and include the following information:
¢ Date, location, and name of the player making the break.
¢ The name of the opponent and details of the competition.
¢ Name and contact address for the League official registering the achievement.
¢ Contact details for the player concerned.
This information should be sent by post or by email to certification@englishsnooker.com arriving no later than five days after the closing date referenced above.
