PLEASE NOTE: The entry forms on this page are for MEMBERS of the Association. If you want to enter without becoming an individual member, you will need to complete a different form which is only available through an affiliated LEAGUE or CLUB. ENGLISH AMATEUR CHAMPIONSHIP
This Championship will be played on a Knockout basis, with regional qualifiers being played at up to eight venues (depending on number of entries) and will be played over the best of seven frames. Sixteen players will go through to each of the North and South final qualifiers. The semi-finals (ie the North and South finals matches) will be played over the best of eleven frames, and the final over the best of seventeen frames. This event will act as a Double Ranking Point event towards the Pro-Ticket rankings.
NORTH AND SOUTH DEFINITION: The geographical areas applied by the EASB accord with those regions established by Sport England, and for the purposes of a North/South divide, the following apply: North comprises - North West, North East, Yorkshire, East Midlands. South comprises - East, South East, London, West Midlands, South West.

ENGLISH PRO-TICKET TOUR
(Grade 1 Player Members Only)
In this six-event tour, all matches up to and including the semi finals will be the best of seven frames, and the final will be best of nine frames. The top ranked player after the six events (using the best five results) and the English Amateur Championship will be nominated for a WSA Main Tour place for 2009/10 and a play-off will take place for the remaining WSA Main Tour nomination.

ENGLISH PRO-TICKET PLAY-OFFS
This two day tournament will see the highest 32 ranked players on the final Pro-Ticket rankings, providing that they have not secured a Main Tour place via any other means, competing on a Knockout basis for the final Main Tour nomination. All matches up to and including the semi-finals will be the best of nine frames, with the final played over the best of eleven frames. The draw for this competition will be seeded according to final ranking positions.
ENGLISH LADIES SNOOKER TOUR
Will run alongside the second day of Pro-Ticket events and lead to qualification for ladies to represent England in the Home Internationals, IBSF World Ladies Championship, and the EBSA Ladies Championship. See calendar entries for Pro-Ticket Tour for event dates.

ENGLISH CLUB PLAYERS CHAMPIONSHIP
This championship will be open to all players aged 18 or over, except that any player with EASB "Grade 1" membership is not eligible to enter. Any player who wishes to upgrade their membership to "Grade 1" after entering this event, can only do so once they are eliminated or they must withdraw from this championship. All entries must be endorsed by a club with playing facilities, and matches will be played as drawn on a home or away basis, over the best of seven frames. Matches will be drawn on a regional basis until the last 16 stage, when all remaining players will compete at a central venue to find the two finalists. The final will be played over the best of nine frames.

ENGLISH SENIORS CHAMPIONSHIP
(Open to players aged over 40)
The early rounds will normally be played on a round robin basis, at a central or regional venues. Games will be best of five frames. The last 16, quarter finals and semi-finals will be played over the best of seven frames, and the final over the best of nine frames.

ENGLISH TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP
This event will be open to teams of three players from a squad of four, who are either members of the Association, and live in the same county, or are members of the same affiliated club or league.

ENGLISH PREMIER JUNIOR TOUR
(Open only to pre-qualified players who are aged under 21)
This is a six event tour comprising 48 players who have previously qualified. All events are played over 2 days, with day one comprising of eight groups of six players, played over best of five frames round robin. Four players from each group will qualify to the last 32, which is played immediately after the conclusion of the group stages, over the best of seven frames. Day two will continue under a knockout format, playing best of seven frames throughout. The draw for the last 32 will be seeded based on final group positions. At the end of the season, players ranked 1-39, age permitting, will be assured of their place on the 2009/10 Premier Junior Tour, whilst players ranked 40-48 will be eligible to compete for any vacant places through the Junior Play-Offs.

ENGLISH JUNIOR PLAY-OFFS
The number of places that remain available for the 2009/10 Premier Junior Tour will depend on how many of this year's players are leaving due to reaching the maximum age, or achieving Main Tour status. A one day tournament will then determine the final qualifiers for the Premier Junior Tour. Sixteen players are eligible for this event, which is played on a round robin basis, two groups of eight, with each match being three frames duration
ENGLISH REGIONAL JUNIOR TOURS
(Open to players not on the Premier Junior Tour, aged under 20)
This tour comprises five events in three regions, North, South and Midlands. Groups will be played on a Round Robin basis with three frames per match. Sixteen players will qualify from the group stages into the knockout stages, where games will be played over the best of three frames through to a conclusion. At the end of the season, players ranked 1-3 in each region will be eligible to compete on the 2009/10 Premier Junior Tour, whilst players ranked 4-6 in each region will be eligible to enter the Junior Play-Offs.
