N.B. In all EBSA and IBSF tournaments, Class 3’s are normally only selected from the host country; however, any EASB Class 3 Referees will be added to the list and offered to the host country as additional resources. All selections for EBSA events will be made on the following criteria - Suitability; Experience; Number requested and on a ‘first come first served basis’. Nominations are only considered via email or where not available, snail-mail.

The European Billiards and Snooker association have announced that the Under21s Championship and the Team Championships will be played at the Dedeman Princess Hotel in Sofia, Bularia as follows:-
Under 21s Championships from 5th - 10th March
- 5th March 20.00hrs Players & Referees meeting & Welcome Ceremony
-6th March 10.00hrs Start of the games
-10th March Semi-finals, Final & Closing ceromony.
Team Championships from 9th - 16th March
-9th March 20.00hrs Players & Referees meeting
10th March 10.00hrs Start of the games
-10th March 21.00hrs Welcome Ceromony
-16th March Semi-finals, Final & Closing Ceromony.
For your information it is planned to run a European 6 Reds tournament during the Team event in order to qualify 4 players for the World 6 Reds Championships to be played in July 2012 in Bangkok / Thailand. Each EBSA member country will be entitled to enter one (1) player in the European event - more information will be posted at a later date.

International Billiards and Snooker Federation
The IBSF World Snooker Championships will be played in Sharm El Sheik Egypt in November 2012 further details will be posted as these become available.
The IBSF World under 21's Snooker Championships will be played in Wuxi, Jiangsu, China in July - mid August 2012 further details will be posted as these become available.
